... BPO which is handling logistics invoicing for client. Poor work life balance. Less compensation compared to work & industry. 4PM to 1AM shift & night shift allowance is only 100/day which is negligible. HR team is doesn't address your issues effectively. You can't take leave on month-end. If it comes on Saturday/Sunday. You need to work on weekends.

Salary structure is poorly designed. Low salary packages demotivates employees.

It is a very nice company to work for. I learned a lot of new things while working here. Good company for freshers. Potential for career growth, personality development.

Compensation is poor and growth is slow . The work pressure is very high every day I have to work 9-10 hours in a day,in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individuals ..I do receive appreciation emails from my clients but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year ..also there is no on-job training for freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes

One should think twice before joining this organization.Maybe thrice . The salary is very low with very less growth opportunities.You are required to work in night shifts .Even with this much salary , if you are learning something then its worth it.But you can just learn excel that too with very less expertise . The upper management is very poor .They hire people just to fool them for their time and when someone leaves , they can easily hire another one .even a 10th class student can easily do it .

Good start but not for long term. You can learn lot here. Not much of change in working pattern is seen here but if you are in right team, you get a lot to learn.

Pay and compensation were not communicated clearly at time of joining and so that was a major setback.
