...n definately they will make sure that you will be no more part of the company. Very Poor compensation and benefits. Only they are asking the employees to work more however no compensation for that. You will see only few employees working and other enjoying due to the politics of the lead and upper managers. Definately I would not recommend anyone who is looking for a better career and growth.

No Career Growth. No Add On Knowledge to gain. No Clarity on Job Profile/KRA. The process keep on changing. They themselves do not follow their own processes properly which they have designed. Moreover the profile is all about Data Entry type.
