Politics.. Your TL eat your credit in front of Head and pretend that she did all the things but apart from this when your probation is about to over they gave you -ve reviews because they don't want you to on roll because that is all about use and throw. At the time of admission they will hire you... You will work hard and everything you'll do to clear your probation and also they will praise you in front of you for your work but in your back they will give you -ve reviews. And extend your probation and next time also before completion of your probation they will fire you without any prior notice. No job security is there. Internal politics is therethere. I want to write many more things but I don't want now... If you want to join that and lala company... Join at your own risk

Dislikes

Management strongly needs to rethink of corporatisation of educational institute. There are super egos involved by top management. If you suggest something, make sure to prepare yourself about getting neglected. They should respect people specially faculties, as base of the institute are students. Avoid considering students as clients.

There is Nothing to like about the company, They all play dirty politics they are more interested in your personal life , Managers are not even qualified especially operation and BD Manager.

There all branches are closed only Pune branch is working. Almost 100 employees left bcz of dirty politics and worst management. because of all this education of students got hampered a lot

One of the best place to work. Great management. Cool and fun workplace. Opportunity to grow and satisfaction. Comparing to other workplace in rhe same field its much better.

There are things that we cant control but that affects our performance. Like teacher gives his 100% to the students, but they dont put their even 50% intrest in anything.

It's a trap for a employee Do not join if you are not from the Pune They hide the lots of things but the reality is different They tried to trap me two time but i saved me. They have only collaboration with university in Pune and if they offer you job so refuse otherwise you have to tech in university and institute both.
