...e is very worst here. Every managerial post is held by uneducated individuals. No salary hikes or increments even after a year of complition. Many experienced individuals working on very low salary. They hire through 3rd party contractors, and force to continue the contract. MD of company is worst guy ever to deal. Always shouting, and don't care about employees. Company politics can easily beat the performance of games of thrones. Overall, keep this company last on your job search list, of you don't have anything in hand then only look for this company. Thank me later.

There is no job security over there. They recruits fresher who are a in need of job, will use them as intern/fresher and will kick them after a year. This is the scenario. The work culture as I have experienced is very bad. they only need productivity
