Huge Transportations with unhelpful & unscheduled timings,Team mates average disciplined, training with average level, job security ? due to inner politics, appraisal average, travel self, politics plays major role by an uneducated leader who has no knowledge & experience he leads the all educated persons below him & companys daily work & each every work moves with politics & authority places persons from his native majorly for his security reasons 😊😁😁 work environment well and good,work life balance average with low innovation.....
