Insurance policies are also way better than industry standards with even maternity benefits being covered. Education sponsorship has also been introduced for children of employees. Organisation has been growing rapidly and my future seems bright.

Dislikes

Organisation can do much better if non performers and casual employees are corrected at the earliest.

I will say that it's among few companies,which care about its employees. It more than company,its family where each members play it's role with honesty and integrity.

Due to shortages of goods many times it hurts in competitive world.
