No because this lala company. No bonus on diwali if any will ask for bonus, leave and salary increment all senior staff will give only sweet poision. Nothing else

I like working culture as like Shikha dhingra. She build relation with employees like professional as well as emotional also. I really appreciate like this behavior

...will only get promoted. Company have not supported during covid. During covid we were told that the salary is deferred but deducted our salaries. We were also asked to resign.

The support provided during the Covid-19 period is quite embarrassing. While they decided the salary cut during the period, they made it in very unfair way,

Management is not concerned about the career growth of the employees.

Conservative policy and management not interested for automation to avoid their intrest and loopholes

People loyal to management and having family relations getting more benefit and others are mostly targeted.

It was good. Had chance to earn some experience in Freight Forwarding. Company did allowed me work from home.

Dislikes

There was no official system owned by company. All the old ways of working on data. Taking leaves was difficult, non approachable seniors. No additional financial benifits.
