Work culture, operation manager (Navnath) and HR (Gayatri). Operation manager sends dirty messages to girls. There was no action taken against him even after complaining to hr. I will not recommend any female employee to work here. Stay away from this company.

Company announced WFH before state govt imposed lockdown in the month of march. Post that, i have been working from home. Ofcourse, In my case.I moved to home town and my HR team never insisted me to comeback. Also, Being part of performance marketing team, we are used to execute our daily assignments with the help of little co-ordination over the zoom or hangout calls. Overall, I am happy with the organization.

It certainly stands as the BEST Agency to work in Pune even after two decades, it still does. With power packed learning curve, they inculcate real marketing skills and not only advertising. Best people & world class working environment, It won't be an understatement to call SEAGULL as the Ogilvy of Pune! CHEERS TO THE CEO! I still wish, I could continue working here.

Seagull Is a company where one can learn a lot about marketing and branding. Life there is exciting, working on new projects. Gives you an in-depth knowledge on how to launch a new brand in the market. the management is more of a leader than a Boss. Always open for suggestions no matter which position is one working in. Overall a fabulous place to work in.

Change is the only permanent thing in this world. However, too much change in the strategies in a very short period is a challenge. the company should stick to one strategy for at least a specific period of time. But, The team learns a lot from setbacks and moves ahead.

Seagull is a good company and it treats their employee as family... Work environment is good there is lots of learning opportunity. Since, I was novice to ad agency but learnt a lot in Seagull.
