very good company to work for, you can go far if you work hard. there is a great teamwork structure in place, and this enables the company office to work cohesively to support all their operating units.

Due to small incident Seadrill released me after 6 years. Incident: fall down at GYM and blood bleeding from left ear. Otherwise excellent company.

I have worked in Seadrill in 2015 to 2016 in seadrill, to the best of my knowledge Seadrill is still the best drilling company, in case of training, safety , welfare etc

Well from my personal point of view it was on the topend side for every training, job security was great with all the training and job experience it was really a great experience with the team work and experience with the other crews was great to get better ideas and working safety with the job and also the crew members the stop training the safety meetings and experience to speak was really meaning ful to work with

Seadrill was like a real family we worked with after putting so much of affort and working with different divercities and a real happy working environment it was a real pleasure to work in a company like this and given a chance would love to join again
