Salary not come on time. In time fixed ( 09:00 am) but out time not fixed. Per day mostly 12 to 14 hours work culture is there. No any transportation facilities if you work more than 9 hours in a day. Canteen food can’t be eatable. If you left job then HR team not clear your F&F after 90 days.

Company is always available for there ex employee who have already worked with this organisation.

Dislikes

No dedicated time for salary disbursement. No rewards and recognition for onroll employees. No means of resources available for motivating the employees.

Employees did not recieves salary on time Even for our own convience which we are using on monthly basis,didn't recieve on time No rewards and recognisation for onroll employees for boosting the moral of the employees

Here is nothing to like here , employee those only happy which is irresponsible or lazy type ,

No body take responsibility for lower class employee or other staff , salary issues always remain pending , claim not approved properly raises by Manger. Or harassment to employee via so many call make by manager for sr.mgr but not give any reply
