Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't care obout your future. Salary ok but appraisal are not good . They put increment not based on performance but you favor to them got good appraisal.

One word and advise - Please dont join such companies and lose your career. They will file case against you once you are leaving company with some theft case. This company is run by political benamy kind of people. So beware avoid such craps.

The worst worst company I have ever seen .The management people very well but the managers are worst to the core especially Vasan store... Vasan never treated you as employee he treated you like slave ..if you nice to him he will support other wise not..if you ask any hike he never hear you. Such a selfish guy..
