There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. No slab w.r.t designation in salary. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Errors are counted from very first day. No one is concern for how to reduce error, they only talk why error happens. Doesn't like Smart work and hard work. Those who butters are promoted. Seniors doesnt communicate. No team outing

Actually there is not any kind of emplyee and supervisor work environment. Basically they are operating this organisation like thekedar and labourer.

It's my biggest mistake to join this organisation because they making the fool to everyone and never support to employees and also they hired the employee with charges without charges they rejected and I never suggest to anyone to join this.

Se2 Is a very good organization that cares for its employees and their well-being. All person are friendly and professional. Interactive environment with fun activities on every Friday. One would love to be working in place like this.

It provides less opportunity for learning and career growth.

Good company, helpful staff, management is nice and good atmosphere.

There is no future for long life I means not suitable for planning long term job and I think we can take 2-3 yrs work experience with them.
