There is a bond of 1.5 years before which you cannot resign.salary and career growth is very slow

...ng to appreciate. they gave fake promises...but nothing worked as per they said. Salary, appraisal, duties & responsibilities. Nothing was fallowed legally. Complete cheating management. There is no justice to the effort we put on we show our hard work and reach to our destination. People judge on false prediction. No future there is no justice for salary hike.

Treating Seniors without value... No Difference b/w senior and junior in salary basis...It works on concept of Work more earn more...No seniority nothing....No Proper appraisal... u can expect Nil Growth

Job is permanent and work is about medical coding and billing the management is super and company has about 1000 employees very good to work.

I dislike because no growth in that company other than that everything is ok.
