Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...t and culture. Teammates are never supportive and manegement is not transparent. Salary is not affordable, no bonus and salary hike ever . Upper management is egoistic and do bad behaviour with staff.

The working atmosphere for young & growth oriented male, Female candidate is terrific. Any time you will not feel that you are a employee its like an enterpreneur.Tension free atmosphere with system in place.

Dislikes

Outside Lucknow travel is almost nil.

Lot of politics will give preferences to the people who gossip and sraff push u to the depth were u cannot come out and they create false evidence against the people who put hard efforts to work....there is no proper judgement by superiors.....
