No Job security, they can fire you instantly without prior notice. You come from your home and doing your regular office work, and suddenly they took meeting and told you that you are fired and leave this place right now. And this is not a single time incident, they follow this most of the time. Management is bad. No promotions because they have only one post upper than indexer which is QC. So after QC there are no posts. Nothing to learn. It's a simple data entry type work.

I learnt a lot of things in this company like skill development through free excel training provided by the company itself. i am working here for more than 2 years now and i see that management recognizes and promotes if you working well and taking feedbacks positively. I developed confidence here because the i can reach out to the people when need help and support. There is IJP also which can help you grow in the career.

While SDM excels in several key areas, there are certain aspects where it falls short. Employees often express dissatisfaction with the food & transport services, which could be improved for a better overall experience. Additionally, no health insurance benefits, lack of bonuses leaves some feeling under-rewarded despite their hard work. Concerns have also been raised about the promotion policy, which is seen as lacking transparency & fairness, with some employees feeling that the criteria for advancement are not always clear. Furthermore, decisions are sometimes perceived to be biased toward the feedback of select individuals or groups which create an unequal atmosphere. A more inclusive approach to gathering feedback & making decisions based on a wider range of employee input would help foster trust. Increased transparency in decision making would also go a long way in boosting morale & ensuring employees feel heard & acknowledged.

Environment and atmosphere of the company is positive. Management is good and understand employees situation and assist them. Agents are also good in behavior and competent. You can see people are working in the organization from last 7-8 years and still with the company in every department. Positive vibes.
