Full management policies, the way they treat employees is too worst.they treat you like a leech and sent you out at any time when dey planned or targetted the employees. whoever wants to spoil their physical and mental health ll join scyo

I was worked many MNC companies but in my experience i never seen like SCYO there is no job security and no respect to the employees from the management and easily they have termed the employees on the same day like a beggar out of the gate, and there is no proper training to the employees but the employees can do their job with out error how it can be possible, it was my worst experience in my life.
