Here if staff is saying truth there is respect this happened with me and hr and sr manager Had demoted as well my salary has been reduce with 50% and reason given me that in probation period no leaves allowed when there is clause mentioned in offer letter that if leave taken in probation there will salary will deducted then how they can reduce my salary with 50% and demoted me

Bilkul bekar office hai maine yahan pe 8 mahine kam Kiya, but work satisfaction salary satisfaction career growth scale and development asa kabhi kuch dikhai nahi yahan per Khali employee log ko Khali use Kiya jata hai extra kam karvane ka kuchh interactive bhi nahi dete Hai, no working fix timing employee 10 baje aata hai but TL or manager ki marji se ghar per jata hai, minimum 11-12hr kam karvate Hai yahan per.
