Dislikes

People are very selfish. Not having more requirements. They terminated people very easy without exact reason. Management just listen some peoples talks. Even they didn't see what employee are doing and how they are working.

I just like the shift timings

Dislikes

Training was done for 1 hr. From the second day of the joining we should start taking calls. Management is horrible and the team leader too. Don't have job security. Lot of politics. There is no career growth. We won't get the promotions and hike if we work hard. We'll get those only by impressing the management by praising them.
