I applied for Digital Marketing Manager, two weeks ago they took my virtual interview, then they give me task related presentation I did that too.. then HR Nidhi said after presentation there is direct Final round n they called me for final round i informed HR that I will be there between 2-3 PM and I reached there at 2:15 n All HR went for lunch n came at 3:10 then they shift me from reception area to conference room and ask one of the intern to take my interview, I did answer of all and then HR goes to meeting n I was waited till 4:15 then HR Nidhi n other girl come take only 5 minutes questions n said will let you know… And second day I found same requirement on LinkedIn…. I personally feel they took interview to do their work with interviewer and this is pathetic and disgusting . I suggest do not join this organisation

Working at SCS Tech is a great experience as you can put up your thoughts to your colleagues, seniors, new things to learn in every project you worked on which help the employee to broaden his / her knowledge. Flexible work time and fun time once in a week boost up your mind to take new challenges.

No such any particular thing but not able to take much leaves because of work load, less resources.

Development team and work environment is vibrant and positive providing me opportunities to enhance my skills and take on various projects.

The company policy changes frequently,job security is not guranteed which raises concerns about its inconsistency. Additional owned PL or CL are not always approved.

I have newly joined SCS Tech, and I find very good and healthy work environment and staff is very helpful and also our management team is always ready for any help and support.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very average and this needs to be looked at SCS Tech must provide health insurance for family emergency.
