Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

No not at all. Late Salary . They gave only 30-40% of salary

Dislikes

Zero facilities. Salary is not on time. In salary structure they divide huge part in performance and you won't get that performance pay even after 8/9 months. Always it gets delayed by 8/9 months

Terrible experience during my tenure, hence don't like anything.

Dislikes

no growth, work pressure is very high with late night working, Management do not value an individuals, most of time non availability of team member(frequently left company staff within a month) due to which i have to do start to end activity(customer delivery). Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, and freshers left company frequently, which is a pain every times.
