All-round development, people are scry are always ready to help even if you talk to them for the first time, it's more like a task based work rather than time based. If your task completes before 9-5 time frames you'll be free for rest of hours else you have to work beyond 9-5. Management is good overall everything is fine.

Increment is standard 20% even if you're a top 2% performer. I know 20% is fine but if your initial salary less that 20% would do nothing.
