...ity. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

- Top down approach - Hardly any promotions/salary hikes (except for the selected few who are founder’s favorites for reasons only known to them) - Lack of any mentorship, so hardly any learning

Senior leaders uses foul language in every meeting now and then, forcing ppl to quite by themselves - doesn't even know how to respect one's integrity. He demotivate us and in our view he doesn't deserve to become leader.

It's a great company and team to work with. Very congenial people across the board and working on making a big difference to mutual fund investors wealth.
