Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Everything is at par with international standards of working. I am sure Scottish International School will always set new benchmarks for all the other private schools.

Dislikes

The administration is the backbone. Principal ma'am is an inspirational figure. The directors and chairman sir are respected for their modest and kind behaviour.

Nothing even I did not want to work here it's my worst decision to join Scottish but due to Recession and Scarcely affected job crisis

Working with Scottish family is really good.They are really helpful and helped with many sources to enhance online teaching from home.

Dislikes

Payment scale is not upto the mark as like few others, and the work pressure is very high, sometimes, I have to stay back and work after school timing. Sometimes they do not value a unique strength of individuals, which is why I have to take back my suggestions.

Dislikes
