The administration is the backbone. Principal ma'am is an inspirational figure. The directors and chairman sir are respected for their modest and kind behaviour.

Nothing even I did not want to work here it's my worst decision to join Scottish but due to Recession and Scarcely affected job crisis

Working with Scottish family is really good.They are really helpful and helped with many sources to enhance online teaching from home.

Dislikes

Payment scale is not upto the mark as like few others, and the work pressure is very high, sometimes, I have to stay back and work after school timing. Sometimes they do not value a unique strength of individuals, which is why I have to take back my suggestions.

Till the time I was decision maker and complete planner as an academic n administrator,things were well settled and satisfactory.

Just after a year intervening of some started disturbing the environment and my peaceful mind.
