If your senior is a good and support if any issue, then job secure but if his senior not good then job is not secure. HR team not support ground level employee. His forget HR meaning (non-discrimination and anti-harassment).

Company is nice, helps in growing, learning opportunities, only facility I did not like over der is 4th floor office in mumbai very bad condition, but if you going their for learning experience yes it's great, I have personally learned lot from there and enriched my experience
