...All you do is depend on the screenshot shared by employees which is a dumb move. Salary gets credited on every 7th of month which most people don't like. Try to change it

Monthly Salary depositing on bank account before every month 10th, but if it would be 1st of every month that would more helpful

I working completely night shifts, but Shift Allowances and On-call allowances are not Providing.

Leave Policy is worst. For contract employees, there is 1 leave for 1 month which if not taken in that particular month will get lapsed and will not be carry forwarded.

Good place to start your career. You will get a healthy work environment with comparatively low work pressure then other consultancy, Salaries on time and leave policies are good.

Dislikes

Appraisal policy is vey bad.Incentive policy was good initially but later on they changed the policy which was not at all satisfactory.
