So far 10 people have been laid off due to COVID-19 i.e. almost 5% of the total strength. Management has brought in a salary cut of 30%-50% depending on the designation despite the fact that the order booking has been more than 90%. The support to the field people has been particularly terrible where their safety has been totally ignored, forcing them to go the field during COVID outbreak which has resulted in people absconding. Management has contracted Myopia and lacks any long term vision.

... Micromanagement (if you are not aware of what this means please look it up). 5. Salary structure is way below the Market norms (It's salary and not scholarship as people do actual work and not some capstone project). 6. HR is the worst department (watch out!!! they are out there to do any deduction in salary for the most pathetic reasons. 7. Highly exploitative Management (won't blink an eye before deriding you or firing you irrespective of years of service; won't care about the personal safety if payment is at stake; won't care how much you earned them you won't be paid more than Rs. 200/- for boarding in a day; list goes on but I can't mention them all because of word limit) 8. Virtual Amnesia (the policies/ strategies are still decided keeping 1988, the foundation year, in mind when they had almost the monopoly in certain product segments. Maybe they didn't get the Memo that India has been an open economy since 1991 and 'Monopoly" is thing of the past!!!) I can keep on going but I have to work on my resume so I'll stop here.

Overall it's a good company for freshers. But management is very bad. Don't give any allowance or benefits. Job security is 50% I would say.

Upper Management is worst. Want you to work more but no compensation is given. No coordination in between departments.

Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
