This organisation is a family business. Even the directors will call this as a shop not as organization. Not educated owners. Everyone in the organisation should do even the personal work for the Directors if not they will target him. No proper documents for employees is provided

There is no policy for employees welfare. Not providing any documents like offer letter, increment letter etc. There is no role of HR. All decision take care by management only. lack of professsionalism in Management.
