Appraisal is not satisfiable also if we performed well. All are will be treated equally. Performance "rating" only difference between good and better performing employees, not in income.

...given by trainers were gud Nd it mostly depends upon the project Nd the trainee. Salary ll b not up to expected, work environment is awesome. Colleagues and seniors were friendly.

There ll be lack of innovation if u r looking for the opportunity to expose creative ideas this is not a place. Nd no mind work is there. Working hours lil bit complicated. Work pressure is high.

Infra is best, timing are flexible. Salary is very low. Don't waste time in joining scope. Scope is best for Women employees.

Very worst management, they did not provide any benefits to employees. Company will get benefits from employees but they didn't provide efficient salary for the work. Environment is best to work. Simple politics .Worst career growth.

Friendly Environment is good other than that nothing is there to survive.

Dislikes

Worst appraisal system and salary is worst in the market. there is no career growth & opportunities. SPOILING THE ENGINEER'S LIFE. No technical works. Over work pressure and work load. So much of internal politics. Management will not at all concern about the employees. Extended work hours all days. Every Saturday and Sunday will be because of work load. NO PAY for WEEKEND WORK and even CAN'T TAKE THE COMPENSATION OFF.
