The only thing I liked was my job profile and that also has been ruined by the office work culture, tymings, safety, no extra incentives, no appreciation, teammates politics, and all these was effecting my physical and mental health, so I left the company in the month of December.

Compensation is decent, but work culture and internal management is pathetic. No internal coordination and everyone has to please the other person in another team for everything. Managers listen to others for giving feedback to the person in his/her team. No appreciation and they do not value someone's strength. They compare the individual with the other person in every task, which is not fair. There is no on-job training for the diff task assigned. Too much of internal politics. It's a 5 day working company, but every Saturday and Sunday, I have to work for 10-12 hours a day and in weekdays till late night, I have to be available on calls and mails and handling clients. The work is on mail and calls, so coordinating late night internally and externally. It's effecting personal life to a great extent. For the team, if you are handling few clients by writing mail to them or talking to them is nothing, but the reality is for writing that one mail and handling calls is like you have to sought many things internally and that's a frustrating and time consuming process. And, the policy is you will get a comp off for the weekend works. Even after getting comp off, or even when you are on leave, you have to be available on calls and at times on mail too. No work life balance, demotivating environment, politics, you have to please everyone around for getting the work done, no appreciation and incentives for working for extra hours and no late night dropping facility even for girls.

Scope of learning for someone with a decent experience (4-6 years) is limited as you'll find majority of people in their early stages of career. Sometimes you may find instances of a laid back attitude in the employees.
