Colleague are good supporting people

Dislikes

Plant head is selfish .. hr is high on his attitude. no respect for junior employees they just want production and pay you less. Fresher is for 9000 and after confirmation 12500 you have to work for 2 years for 1st increment.

working Policy is not there. No job security. Very low level politics. Manager specially plant one licking people to md and quality head. Operation head. Working culture is like "gulam giri". So I have no one can recommend this company. no product set. Blaming on each other. No transport facility for night shift. Night shift time is so unique 5to3.
