...Friendly environment. When you step up in the position, can gain more knowledge. Salary will be credited on time without any deviation (even during WFH).

Appraisal amount varies according to the team. Some person may get lower or higher appraisal compared to other person with the same experience. Working on Saturdays twice in a month. No incentives for working extra time or on non working day. Proper training has to be given for the freshers. Average career growth (varies according to the team)

Opportunities to learn more. Good support from superiors. No pressure. If one fixes his/her career development in this organization, I am sure this is one of the best companies. Good in entertainment. Friendly environment.

Low salary. No English communication who work in day shifts. Low increment. No cab facilities. Working in Saturday. No OT benefits.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
