Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Very bad. Colleagues and staffs have very bad behavior. Nobody helps. The most important owner of the Company is very third-class and cheap behavior. He shouts every time without any reason and threaten to slap.. I talk to every person who worked over there and everybody told me is very bad person please leave the organization as soon as possible.. I left the organization within 2 months.
