Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

The best part is the school provides accommodation if required to the staff and the staff member is required to pay only the electricity bill, rest is free. The teacher has the freedom to use the methods he or she wants to apply in the class. The school organizes grand celebrations for important days such as Founder's Day etc.

...e months leading up to Founder's day since it is a residential school for girls. So, it is a lot of work but the pay and perks are not bad at all.

The best part of Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya it has good work environment .Teammates have been very humble and motivating. Leadership team and management been very supportive. Have been very fortunate to be part of Scindia culture.
