Work Life Balance is bit difficult but varies working with different clients. Too much fun activities happens during work hours, sometimes causes hindrance.

I Joined SCIKEY a few days back; it is a great place to work. My colleagues and seniors are very supportive and motivates me to do better and raise my standard of work everyday. I have learned a lot of new techniques and skills. Flexible timing and five days a week working hours maintaining work-life balance. Lots of opportunities to grow, learn and contribute.

The selection and interview process was very smooth at SCIKEY. My interview was initially taken telephonically in times of the Pandemic which was followed by an assignment that was given to me. The recruiters were really supportive and helpful and I could easily understand everything, and then I was hired as a Project Trainee and thereby the onboarding experience was also made very feasible by the HR team.

There is nothing to dislike about the company according to me.

The interview process was very good and interactive. The structure of working is very good. I am feeling very valuable as working for SCIKEY. In the times of COVID, they provide very good Work From Home experience with each and every support online. The colleagues are very talented, supportive, and helpful.
