i have been working at Sciflare for several years now, started as marketing support with just couple of years of previous experience, Now have grown to Managerial position at Sciflare, learnt a lot, still learning a lot, Tremendous amount of exposure both Technically & Non IT, good supportive colleagues, challenging environment. Majority of Clients from US, Europe & Arab nations, Mobile & Cloud Products & Services is their strength. Sports, Banking, Healthcare are their major Domains. Happy growing with the company :)

Dislikes

Industry standard compensation, growth is rapid, but you need work hard for it, sometimes weekend works during delivery/ release of products & projects you need to get hands on with your skills, have to learn daily, not for comfortable day to day jobs, passionate people growth well here.

This company is extremely unprofessional and fraudulent. They deduct PF from employees' salaries but fail to deposit it into the PF account. There is no proper payslip system, and salary payments are often delayed. Additionally, they do not provide fair salaries to all employees. When concerns are raised via email, there is no proper response, and the HR department lacks basic communication skills, including email etiquette. Their overall management is highly disorganized and unresponsive.
