Since the company was terrible it pushed me harder to get a new and better job forcing me to get better skills.

Dislikes

...ted in absurd timelines. No extra pay for overtime work. No work life balance. They withhold your last months salary so make sure that you don't work for free in the last month. I had to make constant phone calls for 2 months before getting it. They will promise increments and push the dates forward by months as much as they can giving excuses. It's clearly evident that this is a sinking boat. Join only if you don't have any other offers or just enjoy suffering.

Work from home and Team is helpful.

They're sucking up interns and not giving any stipend. They just keep hiring and fooling interns that you'll get payment. HR says you're learning so don't expect payment on time. It's been more than 2 months and I haven't been paid they'll just fool you. They'll pay but maybe after 3-months which is pretty useful. HR have no updates regarding stipend. Totally feels like wasting your precious time would rather learn a good skill.

1.The Directors has no value for their words, directors always have conflicts, they don't behave professionally but except professionalism with their employees. 2.Directors themselves bad mouth to employees behind their back and make fun out of them. 3.Developers have to keep travelling to and fro Pune-Mumbai as they have clients in Mumbai mostly and two of the directors have home in Mumbai. 4.They don't trust their employees 5.They force to have you consume RedBull so that you can stay late without falling sleep and work till their satisfaction. 6.Salary comes after 23rd of next month, that means you already have worked 50 plus days and then you get your last month's salary. If you have emis to pay they will keep saying to alter your EMIs payment cycle. 7.No code review, no use of version control system for the software they build, the Designs and data structure and the timeline is created by director's but Two of them are CAs and Two did their MBAs, no technically sound senior guy is their to help except for old employees who were once interns and now get along with what they have learned by themselves. 8.Last but not the least their projects are made up on MCV5 ast.net but they don't have and even never had a legal license with the Microsoft to build software commercially.
