Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Well they gave the opportunity to enhance more my knowledge about electrical because I experience here the one of the deepest part of an Electrical and that is to be an Medium Voltage Technician which is this my first time to experience work in 38kv and it was amazed me.

Dislikes

No salary increment and no promotion.
