...er companies don't required you. Because, the only reason you are worked in SPS. They take a amount from your salary for office bus, after some months they increase that fees too. The management staffs are very rude.. promotion, incremental, aprasal are given only for jaaldras (sombu thuuki's).

My whole team and my immediate supervisor were very supportive and job timing was very convenient.

Salary and work life balance. 90% of the time they ask us to work even during weekends with no benefits.

Working Shift timing was suitable for working women and Leave taking also sufficient.

Major concern is Salary, they provide designation related job but they are not provide salary related to that designation and also without update designation in portal they ask to do that designated jobs.

1. Salary is very low. 2. Promotions is lacking 3. Cafeteria to be improved more. 4. Very low increment every year. 5. Cab facilities to be arranged. 6. Staff outings to be arranged.

Management is good. They are moving forward with a vision and are very down to earth in nature and support you.

Dislikes

Very bad salary structure, no matter how hard you work or approval or appreciation from the clients! You always get paid very low "it's like throwing away bread crumbs for pegeons". Work load given is huge!
