This company is 50 years old but Management is very Poor. No single HR on this company Work culture is slave behaviour. Owner is very Bad to talking with employees.

There is lot of Politics &no Career growth. Notice Period is 3month &it's out of rules. 3moth notice only for manager but here every employee. No take care employees during co vid situation.
