Dont join if you are looking for 9-6 job. First year was struggle becasue I was comparing it to MNC. But i started to enjoy my work when I started to succeed. Manager was helpful to come upto speed. Lots of feedback.

To be honest I don't like anything there. Even I spoke to other ex/employees from the same company, you will get the same review from them except few.

... a good company to work there. Following are the disadvantages you find there 1. Very Low salary. Only the desperate people will work there who don't have any options 2. Worst Work life balance. If you are joining there, be ready sacrifice your health and balance in your life. 3. 6 Days working. Daily working time from 9:00 AM-9:15 AM to 7:30PM(most of the time). Only 30minutes Lunch break. Even some employees stay till (8-9)PM 4. Strict policies like submit your orginal certificate of your highest qualification, if you came late i.e after 9:15Am for 3days in a month your 1 day salary will be deducted, No fixed holidays you might en assigned with works even on weekend. 5. No job security. You can be fired immediately without any reasons or with some casual reasons. 6. You might be overloaded with number of tasks which are not possible for a single person and they might force to complete it. 7. Says AI tools are used but in reality 80% jobs are done manually. 8. There will be very hectic working culture. 9. 80% employees are with less than 1year terms there. These are all from my experiences there as an employee. Do study properly before joining a company.

... enjoy telling you how to do your job. The work culture is downright oppressive. Overtime isn’t just encouraged, it’s demanded, with no compensation and no regard for employees' personal lives. Prepare to sacrifice your mental health, physical health, and every ounce of free time if you plan to survive here. The sycophantic culture is on full display if you’re not constantly ingratiating yourself with the “right” people, don’t expect any recognition or growth. Promotions are handed out based on how well you flatter the manager's ego, not how hard you work or what you contribute. Talent and competence mean nothing here. People are so petty in this company, they’ll even go so far as to remove others just to advance themselves. The leadership team? Completely toxic. They seem more interested in playing mind games and pushing employees to their breaking point than in fostering any kind of healthy work environment. If you value your sanity and self-respect, stay far away from Sciative Solutions. It’s a disaster of a company, and no job is worth this level of misery.

Get ready to stretch and absorb a lot of new learning. Many times I realize that whatever I did in college was so theoretical. Today I am working on extremely challenging data analytics problems and helping clients resolve business challenges with science. Performance reviews with managers and management happenes every 6 months. Policy documents are shared with each employee - so expectations are clear. Would not mind a better package. :) but I won't complain because I got mid year spot bonus.

- Very good employees who show lot of commitment in their work. Founders are good at hiring people who are very talented and ethically strong. - Founders are very talented and hard working, they put a lot of efforts in their work and are always ready to improve. They are committed to provide success to their clients.

Dislikes

...se talk to employees directly to get a clear picture. - No flexible work timing. You have to pay fine when you don't come to office on time even though you might have worked late at night the previous day. - Lack of experienced developers leads to accumulation of technical debt. - Bad company policy. It is only there to safeguard company interests, nothing good for the employees. - Big bond period and bond breaking amount.
