Teammates --> good, training --> good, job security --> zero, salary appraisal --> very terrible, travelling --> every weekend, politics --> at very higher side, learning --> good for learning, work environment --> terrible, innovation --> yes but with certain limitations, work life balance --> not at all you have to work for more than 13 hrs and will not get any of the compensation eiether on leave or salary.......these are my reviews working for scitech for more than 5 years.

Dislikes

No training, no job security, no career growth, no salary appraisal, with high politics is played at higher management level such as CEO, work environment is spoiled by CEO itself, as the working hrs are not specified and no compensation for your hard work.......and also no appreciation for ur innovation .....
