Here only support Tamil people ,here only good position or special increment given only for tamil people and bengal girls side more perciality .More hard working and more production given after star performance only given tamil people side it's very bad to me .

I like compensation & benefits of company. Office atmosphere is good.
Dislikes
As service engineer I dislike work management, manpower management, time management of the company.
No self life, no future planning, no career growth.
...t a brain hembrage.
I don't know on what basis company got best place of work.
Coming to HR ,HR only knows to transfer salary and providing offer letter ,if there is any vacancy,KPIs all the things you have to do by your own , starting from search of candidates, interview, salary discussion, Finalisation. And if you decided to left the company then they will not give Full and final settlement and if you follow up then they torture you we will do this that.
Coming to others department if you are working in spares team then logistics, accounts will have to handle on daily basis and if ask them what is logistics and accounts team responsibility then again you will have to be prepared for next war .
Coming to work life balance,no any holiday for spares team if customers demand for 10pm ,11pm then you have to go office for material delivery,on holiday like Diwali ,Holi still you have to go to office for material delivery because no other department is responsible for delivery and if you deny then all the sales HOD , service HOD ,Spares HOD ,branch manager will start calling you and start giving you ultimatum for your last day of working.
I'll not suggest anyone to join or not because unemployment is at high ,if you unemployed then you can try but if you settled in good place then definitely ask with some of employees those are working there through LinkedIn. It will be more helpful. Best of luck 🤞 for your search.
