works like a school, partiality between sales team and inside team is always there and you are not given much authority to take any call on any subject. you always have to go to your managers to resolve even small issues related with inside team.

Dislikes

Mid level management is micromanaging sales team because they are not keeping up with market updates and they are not contributing to any sales in the organisation but are in mid level management and are the only people you can get in touch for your problem. you cannot talk to top management without the mid level management knowing about it. hence you cannot share your problems with work and management openly. There is no growth in position wise when you join as a sales engineer, your next positions are all freezed and you will not get chance to raise question to the management because you will be given no proper reasoning for not giving you the promotion.

Only Senior management is so practical, having perfect vision, Focused to Goal, Perfect in work and also understand employees. MD is very much Dynamic and pleasant personality, Got always Proactive speech and Confidant aptitude.

Dislikes

Talking about Medium management (NSM,ASM) are only passing work to Juniors. Always keep juniors on high flame and in continues pressure. Very much irresponsible person hired in Pune region, within 6 months of his joining 3 people's left the company. He is taking advantage of existing generated business by cutting people. Very much arrogant, careless aptitude towards customer and employees. Some customers and dealers start complaining about him. Hope management will look into to build bright Sales future in West. Hopeless person will never create good future.

No freedom to do your work on your style. Always need to confined to management boundaries. No support from back end staff. They will treat engineers as their own labours. Back end office staff is having a feeling that they are only SCHUNK employees. And the field persons are from different organizations

The environment and culture of teamwork is very good. The appraisal process if very transparent. Zero politics in the company at all levels . Management offer good chance to grow and enhance your skills and offers equal opportunity to all. The work life balance can be maintained very well.

Dislikes

Sometime the unnecessary strictness is practiced with employees and management needs to trust employees to certain level. There is scope to offer little more perks to sales team.
