I've worked as a life skills and soft skills trainer in schoolnet for three years. I felt very happy to teach in tribal schools. It's really amazing and satisfied with my work.

Irregular salary payment. Nothing more than that

It was great experience for me to work with ILFS Education, lot of things I learn form it . And would like to again work with such type of platform form ILFS Education.

...uld have to transfer employee in another section or department form there side My two month salary also pending it's not a good as company view.

The work pressure is very high.. Compensation and growth is very slow.. Very disappointed for that..

Dislikes

First they don't give salaries on time. They offer you job as consultant and changes random process in salary processing evry second month. Career growth and personal growth is zero. No appraisal no perks and benefits. There is a lot of Politics everybody here have different set of attitude and ego.
