As most of state projects are in collaboration with our State Govt. there are some issues which made the Company to pay the salaries regularly. If they can take Private Projects it can evolve as global leader in skill training and employability.

... simply waste of time in the name of training no job security, no career growth. Company is not giving the salary in time, work environment is good, we cannot learn any thing from it.

I've worked as a life skills and soft skills trainer in schoolnet for three years. I felt very happy to teach in tribal schools. It's really amazing and satisfied with my work.
