I've worked as a life skills and soft skills trainer in schoolnet for three years. I felt very happy to teach in tribal schools. It's really amazing and satisfied with my work.

Irregular salary payment. Nothing more than that

... simply waste of time in the name of training no job security, no career growth. Company is not giving the salary in time, work environment is good, we cannot learn any thing from it.

It was great experience for me to work with ILFS Education, lot of things I learn form it . And would like to again work with such type of platform form ILFS Education.

...uld have to transfer employee in another section or department form there side My two month salary also pending it's not a good as company view.

Working portfollio is very good also teammates are very supportive, superiors are very friendly I also appreciate their their corelation with us

Mostly there is insecurity of jobs very less compensation to balance the economy and meet day to day life financial requirements.
