Dear candidate if you want to join schon pharmaceutical I thing I would like to share all of you that schon having terrible wrost pharmaceutical Co. Handle by 1 man no job security anytime they fired you politics abuse language and if you left the job never ever think they do the settlement never never so do not join schon pharmaceutical Welbetone schonzym types brand they have dr unaware of the Co.

Poor work environment and culture. Teammate are supportive but management is ambiguous. No canteen facility and no parking space for employees vehicle. Management parked their vehicles inside company promise but employees have to park their vehicles on road. During covid pandemic no extra facility given by company. Instead employees are pressurized to come and work during this pandemic. Unnecessary show-cause notice and alligations imposed on employees. Over all company policies are very bad. Beside all these company deception is unbearable.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can not resign if you resign you get no experience letter no salary slips. Talking about product quantity Manipulations are part of calculation. Exepients or non active pharmaceutical ingredients are released without testing. No internal audits.
