They don’t have respect for their hardworking and experience employees. Instead they believe more on freshers GET and give more opportunities and Salary to Them.
Here for Operators category is getting very good salary and other benefits, as well as top most management getting good befit and composition. But the real work force is supporting staff, CFT and middle management are not getting hike and market value salaries. No leaves getting, but it's getting labs not paid for used leaves.
Culture.
What they highlight to public is not happening inside the organization. This organization is not fit for freshers but very good for veterans. Hardly very few managers groom freshers. It all depends on manager. HR never listen to grievances. They listen to managers. The one who makes grievances are thrown out. Company value only veterans.

Due to this company my healthy married life is getting worst day by day . My husband who is working in Schneider has to visit several sites that was normal on 2022. In past years there was work life balance as mentioned in contract 40 to 50% site visit but nowadays without informing it has been increased to 80 to 90% due to this we are not even getting enough time to talk to each other and for this reason my mental health is getting affected also developing suicidal tendencies
