Due to this company my healthy married life is getting worst day by day . My husband who is working in Schneider has to visit several sites that was normal on 2022. In past years there was work life balance as mentioned in contract 40 to 50% site visit but nowadays without informing it has been increased to 80 to 90% due to this we are not even getting enough time to talk to each other and for this reason my mental health is getting affected also developing suicidal tendencies

...l management is not good.Not take care as per policy.They doing partiality also.No respact to good worker and no support for development and Growth like salary and skills.

They have given good protection and policies against covid-19 but no salaries provided during lockdown , moreover salaries wages not paid at regular time period
